GENERAL

1. Rules Club Wagga 10k Holiday Giveaway Promotion will commence from 10am Monday 1st September 2025 until Sunday 30th November at 10pm and will consist of 1 major prize of 2 x $4,000 and 1 x $2,000 travel vouchers from Flight Centre Wagga Wagga. Vouchers can be used in accordance with Flight Centre’s “Gift Card Terms of Use for Flight Centre”. Details can be found at www.flightcentre.com.au

2. The promoter of the Promotion is Riverina Australian Football Club ABN 43000753604 of 188 Fernleigh Road Glenfield Park NSW 2650, phone 02 6931151. Herein known as The Rules Club or, The Club.

 3. Entry into the Promotion is subject to acceptance of these terms and conditions.

 4. If there is any inconsistency between terms and conditions and anything else that refers to this Promotion, these terms and conditions will prevail.

5. The Major draw will be conducted at The Rules Club, 188 Fernleigh Road Glenfield Park NSW 2650 on Friday 5th December 2025 at 8pm or at the completion of the Rules Club regular Friday Night raffle.

6. Winner must be physically present at The Rules Club for the Draw Night on Friday 5th December 2025 at 8pm or at the conclusion of the Weekly Friday Night Raffle. The winner will have 4 minutes to claim the prize once the name has been announced. If the winner is not present at The Club, the draw will continue until a winner is found.

7. To successfully claim the prize, Members must provide proof of identity and proof of membership. Proof of identification and proof of membership is at the discretion of The Rules Club Management.

WHO CAN ENTER?

8. Entrants for the Promotion must be:
a. Financial and current Members of The Rules Club through the promotional period to be eligible to win (Members);
b. Over the age of 18 years; and
c. Agree to and comply with these terms and conditions.

EXCLUDED PARTICIPANTS

9. You cannot participate in the promotion if;
a. You have been suspended from the Rules Club Wagga at any time during the duration of the promotion.
b. You are a director, employee, or you are the immediate family member of director, employee. (Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, child or stepchild, parent, step-parent, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister).

HOW TO ENTER THE DRAW?

a. Members can enter the draw by purchasing any Lion Australia product and having their members card swiped in the same transaction. Entries cannot be issued in an after the fact situation if the members card is not produced. Members will be given one ticket per transaction. Depositing the ticket in the barrel is solely the members responsibility making the purchase.
b. Members can swipe their Membership card at any Player Elite kiosk within the Club for a chance to win a ticket into the draw. Depositing the ticket in the barrel is solely the members responsibility once ticket is retrieved from the kiosk. The frequency of the random ticket giveaway will be one ticket per day for the duration of the draw.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

11. In the event of a technical failure (including but not limited to the display screens, ticket printer, PA system or draw system), the draw may be postponed or cancelled. Cancellation or postponement of a draw is strictly at management discretion. In the event of a cancellation, the Draw will take place Wednesday 10th December at the conclusion of the regular Wednesday Night raffle. 

 12. The Rules Club Wagga reserves the right to redraw the prize if an entrant who claims to be a winner is unable to satisfy these terms and conditions.

13. The Rules Club Wagga reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, who submits and entry that is not in accordance with these Terms & Conditions of Entry or who has, in the opinion of The Rules Club Wagga, engaged in conduct in entering the Promotion which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of the Promotion and/or The Rules Club Wagga.

COPYRIGHT, STATUTORY GUARANTEES, WAIVER AND LIABILITY

14. In consideration for The Rules Club Wagga awarding the prize to the winner, the winner herby permits the winner’s submission, image and/or voice, as recorded, photographed or filmed during the winner’s participation in the prize to appear in connection with The Rules Club Wagga or the advertising or marketing thereof, and any media and the winner will not be entitled to any fee for such use.

15. The Rules Club does not exclude any rights and remedies in respect of goods or services under the Australian Consumer Law in the Competition and Consumer Act (2010) (Australian Consumer Law) which cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. However, the remained of this clause will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law and The Rules Club shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

16. All entries become the property of The Rules Club. The Rules Club collects your information for the purpose of conducting the Promotion.

These terms apply to all gift cards and electronic vouchers issued by or on behalf of Flight Centre Travel Group Limited (“FCTG”) trading as “Flight Centre” or “Travel Associates” (each a “Gift Card”). By purchasing, redeeming or attempting to redeem a Gift Card, you agree to the following terms. 

1. Gift Cards can be redeemed at all Flight Centre and Travel Associates company owned stores located within Australia (for all product types excluding currency) or when a booking is a flight or stay online at www.flightcentre.com.au. Gift Cards can be redeemed for a booking with a combination of flights and stays.  

2. Gift Cards are valid for use within 3 years from the date of sale and are available for use twenty-four (24) hours after purchase. Up to five (5) Gift Cards may be redeemed per booking made online or in-store, subject to paragraph 8 below. In-store Gift Card(s) redemptions can take place at any Flight Centre or company owned Travel Associates store located within Australia. For online redemptions, the Gift Card(s) can only be redeemed for either a booking for flight(s) or a booking for stay(s) – Gift Card(s) can be redeemed for a booking with a combination of flight(s) and stay(s). 

3. Gift Cards will be issued with a PIN number. In order for a Gift Card to be redeemed, the customer must provide the associated unique PIN number at time of redemption. If a PIN number cannot be provided, the Gift Card will not be able to be redeemed.   

4. Gift Cards may only be applied up to the maximum value loaded onto the Gift Card which is unspent at the time of use. Where the cost of purchase exceeds the available balance of the Gift Card, the excess amount must be paid by another payment method. 

5. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Gift Cards are non-refundable. If a refund is necessary in connection with a booking made using a Gift Card (for instance, where refunds may be required in accordance with FCTG’s standard booking terms or Travel Associates) funds will refunded to the booking contact who made the relevant booking against which the Gift Card was redeemed.   

6. Gift Cards may be redeemed in whole or part during the validity period. Where used in part, no change will be given. Any unused balance may be used against future purchases but will not be refunded or credited when the Gift Card expires. 

7. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded. 

8. Gift Cards may not be redeemed or exchanged for cash, gift cards, traveller’s cheques, cash passports or any other form of currency. 

9. Gift Cards may not, without the prior written consent of FCTG or Travel Associates, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via online auction or other unauthorised resale sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services. If a Gift Card is sold or used in breach of this condition, FCTG or Travel Associates may in its absolute and sole discretion cancel or render invalid the Gift Card without a refund and the Gift Cardholder may be refused redemption of the Gift Card. FCTG or Travel Associates will take all reasonable steps to notify you of FCTG’s or Travel Associates’ intention to cancel or render invalid a Gift Card within a reasonable time before cancelling or rendering invalid the Gift Card.  

10. FCTG or Travel Associates may cancel or render invalid any Gift Card (including any available balance) which FCTG or Travel Associates determines in its absolute and sole discretion was purchased at any time and in any way (including via online auction or other unauthorised resale sites) by fraudulent means. FCTG or Travel Associates may cancel any bookings made using any fraudulent Gift Card which may include any non-refundable amounts. FCTG or Travel Associates will not be responsible for any costs incurred by you if you purchase or attempt to redeem any fraudulent Gift Card. You acknowledge and agree that you will not be entitled to redeem any available balance on any fraudulent Gift Card and that FCTG or Travel Associates will not be obliged to hold such balance on file for you or otherwise redeem or exchange that Gift Card.  

11. You are responsible for the use and security of your Gift Card and PIN number. Lost or stolen Gift Cards may not be replaced or refunded. Lost or stolen PIN numbers cannot be reissued or replaced. You are liable for all transactions on your Gift Card except those caused by fraud or negligence by FCTG, Travel Associates or its employees. 

12. Defaced, mutilated or altered Gift Cards may not be accepted, replaced or refunded.  

13. Gift Cards may not be used for payment of credit or retailer accounts. 

14. Gift Cards may be purchased up to a total value of $4,000 per Gift Card in store or $2,000 per Gift Card online. 

15. Personal information collected in relation to your Gift Card will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policies which are available at www.flightcentre.com.au and www.travelassociates.com.au.  

16. The laws of Queensland, Australia apply to these terms and conditions and any disputes arising in relation to them.
